At time, it can be challenging to stay positive. Especially, when going through difficult times, overcoming chronic illness, and sometimes when retracing trauma. One of the things that helps me is to write out positive affirmations and keep them in places I see often. For instance, when I was working a full-time office job I would paste them around my monitor. It helped me to not get caught up in looping negative thoughts. I currently use a huge chalkboard in our kitchen to post positive messages.
