Hello, my name is
Michelle D’Ambra, and I’m so
glad you’re here.
I know firsthand what long-term stress does to the body. I ate healthy for years but didn’t realize that nutrition alone wasn’t enough to replenish what the stress was depleting. My self-worth was in over achieving and trying to be perfect. The constant need to prove myself was exhausting and I never felt ‘good enough’.
I had several adrenal crashes over a 1O year period. The last one didn’t go so well. I finally had to look at my patterns and how I lived life. I was in a constant state of movement and stress. I would try and create balance in my life, but it really meant just trying to do too many things at once.
Getting in touch with my inner self and spiritual side helped me change those destructive patterns and let go of my past. However, I found that even when we have worked out things emotionally, our body may hold onto the trauma. Using tools such as diet modification, mineral analysis, and other lifestyle changes can enable you to release this trauma from the body.
